Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss, a bluegrass fiddler hailing from Tennessee, at the age of 19, was a major famous national figure in the year 1990 following receiving the Grammy Award in 1990 for Best Bluegrass Album. This was an incredible feat that was not just due to the fact that Krauss was young, but also because I've Got That Old Feeling was the 3rd album in her collection. The first album, Too Late to Cry, was released when the Champaign, Illinois, native was 16; she had made a deal with Rounder Records--one the most revered folk music labels on the market--at the age of fourteen. The accomplishments of Krauss at this young age, as well as her ability to play the guitar, were consistently recognized by the fact that she has been a loyal supporter of bluegrass, one of America's most enduring as well as least-appreciated genres of music. Krauss became a mature performer and producer who had developed from a teenage phenom.
